Position: Client Success Manager
Location: Center
Description:
•Build close working relationship with clients
•Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.
•Work closely with the Ad Operations teams
•Prepare Media Plans,performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities
•Suggest strategies and ideas, Provide creative solutions
•BA/BSC degree - required (Economics/Finance/Business Administration – advantage)
•A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role-required
•Experience in online advertising- advantage
•Pro-active, professional and responsible
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•High level of English: Speaking and writing is a MUST.
•Ability, availability, and willingness to work hard and be responsive during evenings and weekends if needed.
