Description:

The Business Application Analyst’s (BA) primary role is to support applications and staff by recommending and implementing systems and system enhancements that promote business efficiency, compliance and growth. The BA contributes broad experience and a high level of expertise in business processes and system functionality. Lead implementation projects activities: requirement definition, design, testing, training, and documentation.

Focus on implementation, functional management, support and users training of key business applications such as Product Configuration System, License Management System, PDM system and other essential business applications with multiple interfaces.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements and with technical team to develop solution alternatives.
Participate or lead in the Project Management process. Communicate status, business impacts and system changes to team members, business partners, sponsors, management and other interested parties.
Analyze complex business problems and apply broad business knowledge to propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction.

Proven knowledge and experience in implementation of Product Configuration and Quotation tools, implementation of complex technological interfaces between different business applications in global, multidisciplinary companies.
Relevant degree and 5 or more years of progressive business systems analysis and/or project management experience.
SQL knowledge and experience of working with different databases.
Experience in Oracle EBS – an advantage.
Experience with PDM/PLM systems - an advantage.
Ability to estimate, plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and execute project activities.
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities and deliver results on time and within budget. Adaptable to a variety of
project team roles, such as analyst, tester, documentation writer, trainer.
Fluent English a must.
