Description:
Lead R&D organization/group providing vision and direction; enhance the organizational capabilities, people skills and motivations as well as effectively manage the day to day operation.
Global responsibility for all R&D activities and deliveries.
Above 7 years' experience in managing R&D organizations. Proven high scale management experience in software development in the Hi-Tech industry.
Wide experience in development tools, methods and processes.
Wide knowledge and experience in advanced technologies such as, such as Big Data, Java, windows related – C3, C++ and DB.
Experience in managing global R&D group.
Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Strong understanding of Human Resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
Proven leadership ability.
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
Willingness to travel and work long hours.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

The role requires excellency, experience 5+ years in product management of HW/SaaS/Apps related products.
As well as understanding the end-user/Service providers needs and its successful implementation into the product.
·Define product roadmap together with the company’s executive team
·Define new features from idea to complete feature specs
·Perform ongoing competitive and customer needs analyses
·Work closely with developers, marketing and sales teams/ account managers/ Professional services
At least 5 years of experience in product management with demonstrated ability to drive product planning, execution, and launch.
·Experience as a Product Manager responsible for a SaaS and/or mobile products
·Producing PRD+MRD documents
·Experience working with development teams/engineering/ operations
·Analytical with understanding of platform, developer or cloud knowledge
·Technical knowledge in Hardware/Software based products/Applications
·Experience in developing products in the M2M environment (machine to machine)
·Strong UI/UX orientation
·Experience in International companies, focus on the US/EU markets
·BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a well known university.
