Junior Help Desk

ESN Global Media is expanding! We are looking for an IT Junior Help Desk member to join our support team. The work is challenging and in a young and dynamic environment, including lifelong learning systems and new technologies, so any relevant candidates are required to have a high technical sense and ability to learn quickly and independently.
Among others, duties include providing service and troubleshooting for tier- level issues for the company, the hardware and software level.
The company is located in Ramat Gan.
Working days: Sundays through Thursdays, Fridays occasionally.
Requirements:
• Knowledge in Active Directory – 2008 / 2012.
• Networking – a deep understanding of computer communication is required.
• CCNA certification - an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in computer applications and computer hardware.
• Very high level of English required.
• Smooth, organized and friendly interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge and experience in Windows OS and MS Office Suite, diagnosis and treatment of relevant issues.
