We are looking for a skilled and hands-on person to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator to support the entire marketing department while also working in collaboration with multiple teams within the organization, and to also interact with external partners to support new and ongoing projects.

Provide logistic support for marketing events, conferences and exhibitions as required
Maintain the inventory of promotional items across 11 global offices
Handle specific projects as assigned

Support the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating content
Organize the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise

Attention to detail and superior organization skills
Proactive and able to work independently
High level of fluency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal communication skills)
Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
Ability to work well within a team environment
Strong research and analytical skills
