Description:
The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction.
The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
In addition, the AM should build relationships with clients to encourage new business opportunities.
Responsible for all client communications - operate as the lead point of contact for any matter
Build and maintain strong, trusted long-lasting customer relationships
Guarantee to successful delivery of our service according to customer needs and objectives
Provides regular two-way communication between the client and the company, to represent each side’s goals and interests
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
Works closely with internal team to ensure campaign targets are met
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Service oriented
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented
Strong business ethics and excellent negotiation
Account management or other relevant experience
Commit to at least 2 years
Languages: Fluent English speaker
Graduate of Business Management, Communications or any related fields
Prior experience in the gaming / online / mobile industry will be an advantage
