Description:

An online marketing company located in Ramat Gan, with focus on the UK market, is searching for an energetic and motivated native English speaker with a passion for customer care.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, customer relations for improved customer care using a professional sales approach.
• Monitor, analyze and manage existing customer accounts on a daily basis.
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis via personal emails, online chat, direct phone calls and emails.

• English mother tongue or mother tongue level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Marketing oriented.
• Good knowledge of excel (including data analysis and summarizing results
• Israeli citizenship or work permit.
• Flexibility to work shifts /some a non conventional hours.

• Experience in Customer Service, CRM, in the Online Gaming, Forex, Binary Options, Social Media or Social Gaming industry
• Experience in sales
