Requirements:
Native/ high English level- must
Prior experience as a Risk agent- must
Previous customer support experience in a similar industry- advantage
Ability to work full-time (5 shifts)- must
Able to work both morning and eve shifts-must
Great analytic skills
Organized and able to multi task
Experience in same or related field - binary, forex, gaming (casinos)
Intermediate experience with excel - knowledge of pivot tables and vlookup functions
