The Sales and Account Management team is looking to add a sharp and enthusiastic Account Manager team member. As part of a world class account management team you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the post sales relationship including: managing accounts, performance optimization, understanding inventory, reporting, customer service, debugging trafficking issues and billing. Directly Manage 10-20 Client Accounts as needed
Manage campaign performance optimization using proprietary reporting and management tools to correct any delivery and or performance issues
Lead client interactions in terms of campaign maintenance and communicate on optimizations, performance, reporting, billing, etc…
Perform campaign optimization analysis to make sure advertisers are meeting their performance and delivery goals
Provide excellent customer service for sales, client, agencies, and account management including regular status reports to review performance and make optimization recommendations
Assist in project management in terms of managing client expectations of custom executions and adjust bookings based upon changes in project
Participate in internal product development processes: communicate and validate requirements, provide feedback and feature improvements suggestions.

1-2 years of experience in display advertising
Extensive Account Management/Client Services experience interacting directly with advertisers/agencies to understand and meet campaign goals
Experience in optimizing campaigns using various methods of targeting
Firm understanding of online advertising ecosystem as it relates to Display, Video, Rich Media Engagement
Must possess strong organizational and analytic skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON and the HTTP protocol
Proficient with proxy debugging tools such as LiveHTTP Headers, FireBug, Charles, Fiddler, Chrome.
Experience with SQL
Solid experience using DART, OAS, OpenAds, Atlas, LiveRail, Free Wheel, Etc.
Experience using third party Ad Serving vendors like Doubleclick Studio, MediaMind, Pointroll, Jetpack, CheckM8, AdMarvel, etc.
Experience working with mobile Rich Media vendors such as Celtra, Crisp Media, JustAd, etc.
