We are looking for a talented team leader that will lead the next generation of Secure Islands’ products in the Cloud. The team is composed of highly experienced and professional individuals.
The candidate will manage a team of developers in designing, developing and launching a new security product based on Secure Islands existing enterprise security product line.
2+ years experience as team leader, proven experience in managing team members on all aspects of management, technical, personal, tasks schedules Prioritize tasks, etc.
Deep, hands-on knowledge of at least one of the following languages C#/ C/C++/Java
Excellent coding, design, research and architecture skills.
Experience in designing, modelling and developing Cloud applications - advantage
Experience in developing application for Microsoft Azure - advantage
Experience as a SCRUM master - advantage
Quick and creative solution finding abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive cross-organization processes
BSC in computer science or equivalent – advantage
