Our customers speak and breathe development, and expect high quality content written and delivered by peer developers that speak the same language. We’re looking for a passionate geek, who can create superb technical material, and get into the mindset of our users. You will create technical guides, code examples and advanced technical content used by our customers, and will have direct influence on the way we communicate with our users on a technical level.

Create clear, organized content for developers, including technical guides, developer walkthroughs and how to's, articles, and blog posts.
Develop and maintain publicly available code samples that demonstrate features and functionality, and add code samples to documentation.
Update and enhance existing API docs and developer guides based on changes made the development team.
Proofread, review, and improve documentation created by other team members.
Work with Marketing and Development to rapidly create and iterate on deliverables, and with CTO office to be up-to-date with our roadmap and the competition.
Seek and react to client and community feedback to keep high-quality content and code samples.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Programming experience. Good knowledge of Java, Groovy, Scala, C#, Python or Go is a MUST.
Good familiarity with using APIs/REST APIs and and understanding API concepts.
A knack for delving into new technologies.
Solid understanding of developers way of consuming technical content and natural ability to "speak geek".
Familiarity with Markdown, Asciidoc syntax is a plus.
English - mother tongue level (a must!), with excellent grammatical and writing skills.
Excellent attention to details and consistency, and relentlessly high quality standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and good time management skills.
Passionate and excited about delivering content that is used by hundreds of thousands of developers around the globe.
