Responsible for resolving complex issues involving JFrog products
Using appropriate resources to report, troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate support cases as needed.
Effectively collaborate with peers (including peers in US support team) to provide solutions to the customer's problems; Working closely with 2nd level support, QA, R&D and Sales.
Analyzing and collecting customer data: log files, Java stacktraces, thread dumps, etc.
Reproducing customer issues, including setting up and configuring runtime environments.
Communicating with customers and providing solutions for customer problems.
Identifying and documenting product defects for review and validation
Maintaining a knowledge base of known issues and solutions.

3+ years of experience in 3rd level software support
A passion for working with customers and a strong ability and desire to handle technical issues with varying levels of complexity
Technical background in JVM environments
Proven knowledge/experience working in Linux environment
Knowledge/experience with the following is a big plus: Artifactory, Build tools, CI servers, Tomcat, NFS, LDAP, network concepts, Apache/NginX
Programming and debugging skills are an advantage
Ability to collect, organize and communicate information
Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be on call 24x7 on occasion
Ability to work off routine hours on occasion
