We are seeking an Inside Sales Prospecting Specialist to perform outbound prospecting, inbound qualification and routing to Sales. Responsibilities include identifying and researching target accounts, making initial contact via email and social media with the most relevant contacts in each account, performing high-level qualification, generating initial interest and obtaining commitment from prospective customers to speak with an Optimove sales representative. This position does not require the ability to discuss customer applications or Optimove products/services in great detail, nor advance the sales process past initial interest and engagement.

Reach out via email and social media to the most relevant contacts in each account
Generate initial interest with the prospect
Perform high-level qualification
Obtain commitment from prospective customers to speak with a sales representative
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excels working independently and also as part of a team
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or related field – preferred
Persistence, perseverance and an ability to handle rejection from prospects without taking it personally
Willingness and ability to absorb large amounts of new information efficiently, including of technology products and services and of new industries and their management structures
Comfort and familiarity with software and technology concepts is a plus. This is not a technical role, but it requires the ability to quickly learn about our software and the complex ecosystem of technology products and services in which we operate.
Some prior knowledge of basic statistics/data analysis – a plus
Digital marketing experience – a plus
B2B sales and/or marketing experience with a SaaS provider – a plus
