Excellent written and spoken communication skills with English at mother tongue level.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Ability to assist customers with product usage; Patience and a strong customer service attitude
Willingness to work in a shift-based work schedule.
Energetic, quick learner, highly motivated, and detail oriented.
Experience in technical support (tier 1 + 2)- Advantage.
