Komoona is looking for brilliant research engineers for exploring and implementing algorithms in the area of machine learning, modeling and optimization.
The ideal candidate will have:

Passion and energy to become a focal point for algorithms development and problem-solving within a team of strong players
Strong knowledge in at least one of the following: optimization algorithms, modeling and machine-learning methods and algorithms, applied statistics
Relevant academic degree. Ph.D. is a plus
At least 3 years, experience in algorithm development and implementation, or at least 5 years of experience in R&D
Ability to efficiently interact with technical and business-oriented people alike
No fear from getting hands dirty with data and manual tweaking where needed
Good programming skills are a must. Knowledge of C# is a plus
Proven, hands-on experience in the advertisement ecosystem, especially working in RTB environments - a major plus
Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team of A-players to Develop the next generation of Komoona's technology
Develop and implement methods and algorithms for complex optimization problems
Dive deep into the data flowing through Komoona's systems to develop business- and client-actionable models using cutting-edge machine-learning techniques
Become a major player in Komoona's innovation cycle by suggesting and pushing new ideas and directions, and by implementing proofs-of-concepts
