Position: Office Manager
Location: Tel-Aviv
Description:
We're looking for a fluent English speaker with management skills to a lead a small team of sales and customer service agents.
Main job tasks and responsibilities include: Conduct interviews and training of new employees, assist agents with responding to customer inquiries via phone, live chat & email, deal directly with high level customers and more.
Our company sells real products and all transactions are B2B.
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 17:00-02:00 According to the US Market.
We provide means of transportation for employees from the Tel Aviv area.
* Bachelor Degree – Required
* 2+ years management experience – Required
* Sales experience – Required
* Basic understanding of accounting and business processes
* Fluent English
* Ability to multi-task on the computer
* Hebrew is not required
