The candidate will join the support team to offer support services for customers and application partners.
He will Work closely with QA and R&D to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and web issues affecting customers and Application Engineers. Fluency in English (writing, reading and speaking) 1-2 years of Experience in Support/NOC technician position
Basic knowledge in web technologies, browsers, HTML, JavaScript Excellent customer service skills The position requires 24/7 shifts.
