Description:

Our Client, a Startup in the field of Online Gaming is seeking for a User Retention Manager.

Hands-on management of all the company’s retention efforts to increase player engagement, including managing the product’s presence through Facebook, Twitter and other strategically relevant online properties, E-Mail Marketing and other retention tools.
Perform ongoing analysis and optimizations to meet the product’s KPIs
Create content and work with graphic designers to create high standard creative materials
Operate with complex data analysis software.

Previous experience with managing Social Media presence – advantage
Online Gaming/Gambling experience – advantage
Knowledge in Photoshop or other design software – advantage
Creative point of view
Results driven, strong ability to work with strict performance goals
High analytical skills, proficient with Excel and familiar with BI tools
Motivated, dedicated and able to work long hours while maintain high level of concentration and focus
Fluent In English - Must, other languages - an advantage
BA in Economics/Business Management/Marketing – an advantage.
