Establish long-term relationships with assigned accounts while developing an understanding of the client’s strategic goals
Provide project leadership, coordination, and architectural guidance for the customer’s major Seculert initiatives
Provide pre-sales assistance for sales opportunities to customers and partners. Including setup, troubleshooting, and training of the Seculert platform
Collaborate with cross-functional Seculert project teams which could consist of Seculert sales, engineers, product management, and support staff.
Maintain current, high-level technical knowledge of the entire Seculert platform and future product direction
Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Seculert Product Management teams based on customer use-cases and requirements.
Understand the customer’s high-level business challenges while functioning as an advisory resource for “Best Practices” and driving adoption of Seculert’ solutions within your assigned accounts
Ambitious self-starter with the ability to prioritize and execute assigned tasks, leading projects from beginning to end independently
3 years of experience as a pre or post-sales engineer, or as a tier 3 support engineer
Information security background – an advantage
Scripting experience – an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Great attention to details
Super organizational skills
English, mother tongue level – A must
