Work with high-end clients selling diamonds and jewelry on one of the largest online jewelry retailers. Close sales and increase revenue through suggestive selling and provide VIP customer support throughout the fulfillment process. NO COLD CALLING!
Working hours (English/Spanish): 5 shifts per week with early morning shifts (6AM), afternoon (12PM) and night (4PM). Each shift is 9-10 hours. Occasional short shifts from 11PM-6AM may be required approx. once per month. Min. 3 night shifts per week required. Work on the weekend and holidays required (additional compensation and transportation provided). German and French shifts are Mon-Fri, 10AM-7PM.
Readiness to work the above shifts; NATIVE speaker in the relevant language with university level reading, writing and verbal capacity; efficient multi-tasker (able to handle chats, emails and calls simultaneously); attention to detail; energetic, enthusiastic and great with people.
Sales and Customer Service experience preferred but entry level also possible. Students are welcome. Full training provided.
