As part of our Support Team, you will be helping our customers with operate our products as well as solve any technical issues that may occur (such as remotely restarting the server, running a SQL script, etc.). You will also write and edit the company's manuals and help pages for the customers' zone.

Our ideal candidate will be a native speaker (preferably with reading and writing abilities in Hebrew) who has the following qualifications:

• Marketing oriented.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in Technical Support
• Service oriented.
• Technical and computer background.
• Advantages: knowledge/experience with SQL, IT, QA

This is a full time position, located 5 minutes from Azrieli (next to the train station and bus stations).
