The Lead Data Scientist will be responsible for supporting data-driven decisions across our products, with emphasis on mobile games. They will work closely with Product Managers to set up metrics, design experiments, and provide data-driven feedback to support rapid product iterations. They will collaborate with R&D and BI infrastructure to ensure data integrity and advanced use of appropriate data analysis tools.

Lead the design and implementation of metrics to evaluate product performance
Answer business questions by using appropriate data analysis and statistical techniques on available data
Design randomized controlled experiments
Work with data infrastructure to triage data issues and drive to resolution
Design, develop, test, launch new reports and dashboards into production
Requirements

Strong analytical and statistical skills
Experience fitting models to data and working with complex data
Ability to communicate and visualize complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes
Academic background in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Applied Math, Physics, Statistics, or related discipline
