Position: Account Manager

Description:

Account Managers serve as a dedicated point-of-contact for our customers, representing the customers internally and ensuring they receive the highest level of service from the entire organization including Product, R&D, Technical Support etc.

• Onboarding new accounts,
• Setting up the new solutions with existing customers
• Monitoring clients KPI’s and improvements
• Handling all customer’s business needs
• Presenting updates on new features
• Providing in depth knowledge of our products best usage
• Customers retention

• Costumer facing experience of at least 2 years
• B2B Account Management experience – significant advantage
• Financial market knowledge – advantage
• IT background - advantage
• Excellent level of English
• French – advantage
