Position Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pro-active attitude who will constantly improve HR and administration processes while the company is growing and becomes international. The HR and administrative assistant will be involved in planning and building the HR welfare plan and be responsible for coordinating HR related activities and meetings (i.e. company events, happy hours, interviews scheduling, etc.).
This particular role requires flexibility as responsibilities and needs may change quickly. The assistant will need to be comfortable with asking questions as needed, determining the best method and approach to obtain necessary information to achieve administration goals, and apply common sense and discretion to individual tasks.

Main responsibilities:
Managing office administration and logistics with all relevant internal departments including:

Maintaining office supply inventories and coordinating maintenance of office equipment when required
Assisting in organizing and executing HR-related events (trips, social evenings, etc.)
Presenting TaKaDu to potential candidates, and scheduling interviews
Managing logistics foreign visitors: hotels, airport security, itinerary, etc.
Qualifications:

Availability for part time job (30-50%)
Student / Graduate of B.A. in social sciences or relative degree
Experience in administration or PA roles - advantage
Proficient with MS Office applications
Good level of written & spoken English
Any other language is an advantage

Soft Skills:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
High organization skills
