Description:
On-boarding new customers into the company’s systems and managing the new product release integrations.
Maintaining the smooth operation of our installed software systems for our clients
Working with our brokers to resolve any operating concerns
Identify and correct core service difficulties
At least 2 years of systems admin. / integrator experience
Microsoft Server Administration experience
Database administration skills – MSSQL/MYSQL/MongoDB, SSIS
Experience and knowledge with IT / DB / Operation System / Network
Linux Server Admin experience – an advantage
Strong scripting skills – an advantage
Experience with VM – an advantage
