Leading the team developing complex financial products, with a focus on server side development.
Managing and mentoring a team of 3-6 developers
Hiring and training new employees
Hands-on code writing for about 40% of your time
Working with Microsoft development technologies – .Net, C#
Developing in agile methods, as part of an integrated product team (Dev, QA, Product)
Working with latest technologies
At least 5 years of experience with C# server side
At least 2 years of experience in Management
At least 5 years of experience in writing parts of large, multi – system processes
Working experience with Agile/ Scrum methods
Working with DB environment
Experience with Single Page Applications
Experience in SaSS
Able to facilitate and manage projects across departments
