Description:
As Innovative Project Manager, your days will be filled with inspiration and drudgery from the world of children’s toys. You will be responsible for generating ideas, researching play patterns, giving clients feedback and steering projects toward success. You will be pulled in multiple directions as you support business units across the organization as well as keeping clients on aggressive timelines while juggling a number of other important functions all while keeping your composure in stressful situations. We are looking for someone who has smarts, is excited to work hard and loves to play!
Prioritize development tasks in a dynamic environment while meeting hard deadlines
Work with the top executives at our partner companies in an international environment
Interface among the different departments within Seebo and support the efforts of R&D and Business Development
Learn quickly and be challenged in a number of areas, such as: toy development, app development and technical obstables
Have full responsibility for projects, from characterization to seeing a final product on the shelves
Outstanding graduate from a recognized university (Social Sciences / Management / Product design – an advantage)
Organized and able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and deliver
Excellent English
> 700 on Psychometric test
Professional background in projects management – an advantage
Technical background / experience in research – an advantage.
