We’ve opened an exciting new innovation center in Tel Aviv and we’re looking for the right people to join our team! We’re a Canadian-based company with well established young office in Montreal and we’re looking for great people to join us on our journey!
The innovation center is focusing on building and maintaining ground-up products for the mass market using the technology in place, focusing on mobile first.
Therefore, the first hires must have an entrepreneurial mindset, we’ll need a Growth Hacker that is capable of thinking out of the box and is not afraid to push his limits.

Managed growth and monetization for a mobile product with hundred of thousands users
Past experience of growing a consumer product from 0 to millions of users - Advantage
At least 5 years of experience as a business development manager and/or marketing manager of a consumer product
Strong analytical skills, understanding of LTV models and experience with lean analytics approach
Native English or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Team player and hands-on
Led successful paid campaigns
Familiar with the download industry, ad networks, incentivized ads and different monetization strategies
Relevant degree or equivilent, MBA an advantage.
Plan, execute and optimize products’ growth, user acquisition and monetization efforts including Go-To-Market strategies
Initiate creative and untapped growth channels. Go far and explore different winning ROI models
Define and own your product-analytics KPIs to achieve monthly goals
Manage performance marketing across Google Play, App Store, the web, paid acquisition channels and distribution partnerships
Manage ROI driven paid user acquisition campaigns on multiple channels including Facebook, Twitter, ad networks and large publishers
Manage app store and search optimization (ASO/SEO) channels
Ongoing funnel analysis and optimization
Lead preload deals and strategic partnerships with leading OEMs, carriers and ad networks
Own and manage social network pages as a user retention channel to increase life time
Drive campaigns through different channels: email, push messages, support, etc
Work closely with management and product teams
