PowToon is looking for a team-oriented Online Marketing Manager to work directly with our CMO. You will have an opportunity to work with, and learn from, one of the most experienced marketers in the business.

You will be expected to work hard, have superb attention to detail and be process oriented, self-motivated and have a base level knowledge of marketing. You will be a creative and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fun but sometimes pressurized environment where priorities are often changing and you will have experience in delivering to deadlines in this type of workplace.

You will be responsible for implementing a variety of marketing campaigns (primarily online but occasionally with some offline) aimed at driving acquisition mainly (but also retention), building brand awareness and maximizing all potential opportunities to contribute to business growth. All marketing channels will be utilized in order to achieve goals, whether it is for generating leads and/or actual sales.

As the Online Marketing Awesomeness Manager, your role will focus on the following:

Content writing / content promotion
Blog management
Email Marketing - implementation and optimisation of campaigns
Analysing info from Google Analytics
Project Management to ensure marketing campaigns are implemented correctly (on time and on brand)
Social media marketing

The role will also include (but less so):

Supporting the general marketing team e.g. joining in brainstorms for campaigns etc
Any other activity that needs to be done, in order to deliver on brand and on deadline, according to the CMO/Company’s plans.

At least 2 years proven online marketing experience - a MUST
Bachelor degree required
NATIVE English speaker - a MUST
Excellent numerical and analytical skills in order to drive actionable insights
Proven ability to deliver results in terms of implementing marketing campaigns that have exceeded objectives
Excellent attention to detail -  A MUST
Ability to executive campaigns from planning, implementation to analysis - good project management skills
A good understanding and some experience in SEO and email marketing
Ability to understand on a strategic/holistic level the overall goals of marketing campaigns/the business.
