Requirements:
• German native speaker – MUST
• Service oriented
• Team player with a positive and dynamic personality
• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of financial trading industry
• Knowledge of online business
• Experience in contacting customers by phone, email or chat
• MS Office
Work is from Monday to Friday – no shifts
