Position: Project Manager

Description:

• Coordinate the different resources of games production projects (Product ,Art, Development, QA, CRM and others) to deliver projects with high quality and on time
• Integrate off-shore web and mobile development teams and local departments (Product, System analysts and others) to one efficient project group
• Manage roadmaps and queues of ongoing tasks and production issues to create workplans and manage daily work
• Follow up on open items and track on-going issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in projects management
• Proven leading experience
• Strong technical background and understanding of web and mobile development processes
• 2+ years of experience in development or QA– an advantage
• Experience from web/mobile products company- a major advantage
• Experience with offshore project/ team management- an advantage
• Experience with different PM methodologies - an advantage
• Authoritative, charismatic, sharp person that can enroll different people to a common plan
• A fast learner and an excellent team player
• Enthusiastic to work under high pressure and with multiple tasks
• High written/verbal communication skills in English – a must, Russian- an advantage
• Willingness to work outside of standard working hours
