Description:
Intlock has an opening for a Technical Support & QA position in Tel Aviv
Our support team is expanding and we are looking for Tier 1-2 Technical Support Engineers, who will be responsible for:
- Investigating complex malfunctions in the company’s products
- Providing in-depth technical support to global companies
- Performing QA tests.
The position involves an eclectic range of expertise and is a great opportunity to gain experience in:
- Back end and front end debugging
- Windows databases and servers
- System, Network and more.
Requirements:
-----------------
- Excellent English – must.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Fast learner and eager to learn.
- Service oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in any of the following fields - advantage:
* C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
* MS SQL queries, TSQL and working with databases.
* Working with Windows Servers.
* SharePoint \ Active Directory.
* Scripting languages.
* Debugging skills.
- Previous experience in a technical or a customer service role - advantage (Support \ QA \ System \ IT \ etc. – similar military experience is also acceptable).
Work hours:
--------------
1) Full time
or
2) Part time: 2-3 days a week in the afternoon until evening hours.
Friday part-time once every 2-3 weeks.
Also suitable for students with at least 2 years remaining for completing their degree.
