Position: CRM/SalesForce System’s Analyst

Company: Cellebrite

Location: Petach-Tikva

Description:

Lead the implementation, development and support of Information Systems in the company, especially but not limited to SalesForce CRM system
Interact effectively with the sales, marketing, customer support business units and executive management.
Collaborate with vendors and other team members to manage day-to-day demands of the CRM System including the security, training, data quality, system evolution and creation of dashboards, reports and workflows for all relevant functions. Maintain interfaces and integrations with other systems.
Maintain awareness of industry CRM trends and technology and identifying opportunities to apply system innovation to solve business issues and improve overall organization effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Prior experience supporting multiple implementations of SFDC at a company.
Two or more years of hands on administrative experience with SFDC (Certified SFDC Administrator preferred).
Demonstrable understanding of SFDC integration, configuration, security, and product features with focus on quote tool, contracts and support.
Knowledge of ERP systems–advantage.
Knowledge of Eloqua–advantage
Proven ability to work independently in an unstructured environment with little direction
Must be customer centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships with internal and external clients.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Must be a team player, willing to work flexible hours to support a global environment.
