Business Support is a crucial link between Leverate customers and our various departments.
• Works directly with brokers throughout Europe, Asia and Israel
• Analyzes customer needs to provide guidance on using Leverate products
• Interacts with multiple internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery
• Knowledge of the full range of the company’s software
• Previous experience in Support / Customer service
• Knowledge / experience in the Forex industry – advantage
• Excellent English
