ScheduleOnce (www.scheduleonce.com) is an innovative SaaS company looking for a Customer Success Manager to interact with customers and prospects. Candidate should have a strong background in customer service, copywriting, and/or high technology. Experience in producing support videos a huge plus.

- Work from home Sunday mornings + Monday-Friday nights, 4 PM - midnight, Israel time
- Create software videos and support articles for marketing, support, and troubleshooting topics
- Apply advanced problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Fast-paced environment centered on the customer
- Manage demanding customers and exceed their expectations
- Constant verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers
- Juggling many tasks at once with precision and focus
- Experience with Camtasia or Salesforce a plus

- Must be native English speaker
- Must be very computer-savvy
- Highly intelligent and fast learner
- Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed.
- Excellent at multi-tasking and productivity
- Analytical mindset with ability to recognize patterns
