Duda Inc. (dudamobile.com) is looking for a rock star customer support specialist with a passion for customer service, a solid handle on HTML/CSS, and a desire to contribute to a fast-growing tech start up.

Using information like geolocation, time of day or number of visits, Duda offers unique features that give you absolute control over what visitors see. With Duda, you can design a personalized customer web experience for every visitor.
You will provide hands-on support to our growing customer base of designers and professionals by helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to either DudaOne, our responsive website builder, or DudaMobile, our mobile website builder.
Providing exceptional customer service for customers all over the world, mainly in Europe, via phone and email.
Being committed to customer success. Understanding customers' business goals and making sure they succeed.
Reaching out to new trial customers to answer questions about Duda’s products.
Sharing product feedback with the whole Duda team and contributing to our growing knowledge base of articles and videos.
Native English or ultra-high level of English communication abilities: reading, writing, speaking and listening to others.
Other European languages such as German, Portuguese, or French - a plus
Experience building websites using HTML/CSS and an understanding of how websites are structured.
Previous experience in a customer facing position, preferably technical customer support.
Bachelor degree - an advantage.
Passionate for customer service and helping others.
Passionate for trouble-shooting.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Able to understand customer business objectives.
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willing to work hard and enjoy being part of a great team, building amazing products.
3 - 5 days a week, including Friday; full time - preferred.
