Desired Skills Experience
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive for results
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
• Ability to initiate and progress various activities and tasks both in an independent manner and as part of a group effort
• Customer oriented with a strong business perspective
• Able to see both the ‘big picture’ and to drill down to very low levels of detail, and articulate these as appropriate
• Attention to detail, organized and thorough
• Analytical, data driven person
• Committed and willing to take part in any effort needed to help the company succeed
• Fluent in English: writing and speaking
Advantages
• Familiar with SCRUM/Agile development process
• Prior experience in Software Development
• Experience and understanding of gaming / trading business processes
• 2 years of experience in Product management (mainly inbound, backend systems)
Education
• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science or the equivalent
• MBA is an advantage
