Description:
Outbrain is seeking for an experienced Automation team lead with a proven experience building large scale automation systems. In this position you will lead Outbrain's QA automation
solution , supplying a solid infrastructure for the development teams , mentoring them and oversee the entire automation and alerting process.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead Automation team specialized in UI Selenium tests.
Supply the best automation infrastructure for End 2 End tests.
Taking ownership on testing methodologies in various dev teams.
Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science
High level of proficiency in Java and Selenium coupled with a solid understanding of QA automation and unit testing
3-5 years of test automation experience in Java.
Proven experience working on Linux and scripting
Strong passion for technology, innovation and the motivation to extract higher performance and improved quality from existing code
Strong understanding of Automation and Continuous Integration (CI)
Experience working with Web Services (XML, REST, etc.)
Strong analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability and desire to work on multiple projects in parallel
Self-motivated and eager to take on challenges
Proven experience in leading a team - is a plus
