Position: Executive Assistant/ Office Manager

Description:
RankAbove is seeking an experienced executive assistant/ office manager for its Tel Aviv office. The person will provide administrative support and assistance to the CEO.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Conduct research such as cost comparisons; assemble and analyze data to prepare reports
- Manage and maintain executive’s calendars, appointments and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Answer and manage incoming calls and visitors to the office
- Manage business with suppliers and other clients as part of office management
- Evaluate operating practices and optimize where necessary
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience providing support at the executive level
- Proficient computer skills including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with the internet
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Native English and fluent Hebrew is a must
