Rounds offers instant group video chat on mobile. It’s a live communication platform that makes it easier, faster and more fun to connect to friends and family. Using Rounds, friends can get together and send text messages, video chat with up to 12 participants and engage in fun activities while chatting – to watch videos, play games, share photos and much more.
This is a very "open" position and really depends on where you, as the growth manager, would want to take it. Come up with new innovative ideas for the product, optimize existing marketing channels, set new goals and create the strategy to reach them - it's up to you.
Other than that, as a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for various growth projects - from coming up with new innovative ways to optimizing existing ones. You will define, analyze, optimize and execute different projects related to growth. You will work hand in hand with the product team to define goals and with the development team to reach them.
5+ years experience with performance optimization and statistical analysis
Technological savviness and engineering knowledge (no code, just understanding)
Project management skills and experience with working with development teams
Be in love with statistics, excels, data sheets and ongoing improvements over time
Experience with social media, mobile apps, startup culture, design, usability, UI/UX
