Description:

The Backend Manager will lead two experienced physical engineers under his responsibility.
He will be a focal point authority to coordinate all the backend domain and lead people in favor of the various projects.
He will participate in choosing methodologies and tools of backend to work with.

Experience in technical leading BE team and handling several chips in parallel
BSC/BSEE or MSC/MSCEE (from known university only)
Min 10 year hands on experience - Must
Experience in RTL to GDSII flow buildup from scratch
Experience with Synopsys (ICC) and Cadence (Encounter) tools
Experience in P&R of large chips from 0.18um down to 40nm,28nm and 20nm
Experience in Synthesis (DC, DCT and RC)
Experience in complex chip design and multi clock domains
Experience in low power design and methodologies (UPF/CPF, multiple power domains etc.)
Experience in high frequency design methodologies
Experience in STA (PT and ETS)
Experience in LVS/DRC
