PlayBuzz, one of the most popular websites in the world, is looking for a professional, experienced and creative self-starter to manage our 6 active and vibrant social media assets. The desired candidate is passionate about internet, is always updated with the most recent social media trends. Ideal candidate has vast experience in all forms of content creation, and communicates ideas in perfect American English. The position is based in Tel Aviv.
The position will include:
- Own PlayBuzz's current social media accounts in terms of strategy, day-to-day management, reporting and branding (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, Google+, Instagram)
- Creation of new social media presences for PlayBuzz on different platforms (Whatsapp, StumbleUpon, Reddit and more)
- Defining the right voice for the PlayBuzz audience.
Requirements:
- Hands-on social media management experience of at least 2 years across Facebook, Pinterest & Twitter (mastering all 3 are a must).
- Track record of building outstanding communities & brands on social media platforms.
- Native-speaker level English (an advantage for Americans living in Israel)
- Knows the difference between GIFs, Vines and Memes.
- Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willing to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
- Motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasker.
- Able to write witty, original one liners that will promote our content in the best way.
- Addicted to Social Media, proven experience in as many social media outlets as possible
