Netomedia, an established game development company in Tel Aviv is looking for Customer Support representatives – Shift work English/French/German/Swedish - mother tongue level
Customer Support for on-line users, by e-mail, Chats and telephone (shifts work).
On-line troubleshooting and sales
Requirements:
• French/German/Swedish/ English– mother tongue level
• Experience in support and customers service in the on-line gaming industry or Forex – an advantage
• Knowledge in the internet environment and Office’s software (especially Word and Excel – high level)
Good communication skills.
