Taglit-Birthright Israel Tour Operator YAEL ADVENTURES is seeking employees for our call center located in Tel Aviv. Weekly schedule is flexible and varied. 30 NIS/hour. IMMEDIATE opening.
Employees will be responsible for assisting applicants in the registration process, providing customer support, conducting phone calls and doing outreach for the Birthright Israel department.
Requirements:
· English
· Friendly and enthusiastic!
· Excellent interpersonal relations and customer support skills.
· Basic computer skills including- familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
· Comfortable with independent research/task-based work
