Responsibilities
Forum Manager - analyze and help users with their questions and problem regarding the Wix platform. As part of the Job, Forum Managers will learn the basic infrastructure of the Web and how Wix websites operate in this dynamic environment (Improving SEO results, identifying product issues, detecting and reporting bugs, pre-sales and more).
Requirements
German mother tongue - a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required
Team player
Experience in an Internet company / Customer Service- an advantage
Fluent English
