Description:

NeoGames - a leading international online gaming company is seeking a NOC Engineer for work in shifts (nights and weekends) to join our NOC team.
The NOC (Network Operation Center) engineer is responsible for monitoring and supporting company production system and application related issues.
He/She will verify service availability, send out status updates, identify root causes of production issues, coordinating operations and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Technical troubleshooting ability
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Academic degree in Computer Science/Industrial Engineering - an advantage
• Previous experience with sniffers (Fiddler, firebug, Etc.) - an advantage
• Ability to write protocols and procedures for System alerts and malfunctions - an advantage
• Ability to work in 24*7 shifts
• Willingness to provide excellent service and support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
