Description:

Panaya, a fast growing successful company is seeking a Product Marketing Director. The product marketing director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Panaya's customer retention business --- 10s of $MM annually and growing. Direct responsibilities include customer retention business planning, go-to-market strategy (Incl. Online customer engagement), and all aspects of product marketing for existing customers–messaging, positioning, competition, marketing content, sales kit, product launches and sales training.
The Product Marketing Director will lead a team (dotted line reporting) of Marketing Programs Director and Content Manager. In addition, the director will work closely with Corporate Marketing, PM, Sales.

Skills/Qualifications:

Mandatory requirement: functional architects/ product managers/ product marketing managers with at least 2-years experience from the Software Testing or Software Quality vendor with annual sales > $10MM
At least 2 years' experience focusing on existing customers/customer retention
Experience with SaaS solutions or Online customer engagement is a strong advantage
Experience with Inbound Marketing, including online Marketing and content creation
Extensive experience in working closely with a direct salesforce: product launches, sales training, sales enablement
Excellent English - spoken and written
Reports To: VP Product Marketing
