Being a member of LivePerson's B2C group is a fascinating and challenging role. You'll be supporting the Experts website on a platform of over 60,000 experts in hundreds of categories serving live advice through chat and phone for millions of customers.
The customer success team is made of of Israelis, Canadians, Americans and South Africans. There is a great atmosphere where everyone works together to achieve the common goal - keep our customers and experts happy!
About the position:
A Customer Service Representative is required to join a fast growing International Company. The position includes providing top service to our customers through emails and LiveChat. Candidates must be willing to work a 9 hour day, 5 shifts a week, including Fridays and some evenings
Experience/Skills required:
Past experience in customer service is an advantage
Internet and computer-savvy
Excellent English skills
Exceptionally service-oriented
Ability to arrive independently to the place of work - mandatory
Ability to work 5 shifts a week - Including Fridays
The position is for about 6 months, with a possibility that it will become permanent
