The position includes end-to-end responsibility for the security product delivery, directly managing the developers and matrix management of the supporting functions in the organization.
• 5 years experience leading JAVA teams
• 2 years of experience as a Group Leader
• Strong technical skills, deep understanding in enterprise systems architecture
• “Out of the box” thinking, ability to find original solutions to techical and managerial problems
• Experience in development will be an advantage
