- 3 year of experience as a team leader- Hands on approach- someone that loves to code!- Experience in Python or Ruby, or PHP on very complicated systems utilizing some form of known MVC (Cake, Zend, etc.)- Rails, JS, Html5, Bootstrap - advantage- Experience building scalable and high performance applications Experience designing and implementing applications in Multi-user, high-volume client/server environments.- Deeply familiar with Web technologies- Excellent communication and an ability to provide front line user support as needed- Self-motivated and able to motivate others- High Level of Technical EnglishBigData experience is an advantage- Eager to learn new technologies.
